BUILDING WHAT COMES NEXT
Over the past year and a half, I began developing a concept centered around workforce development, vocational training, and creating real opportunities for people in our community.
What started as a traditional training model has since evolved. As technology, especially artificial intelligence, has rapidly advanced, it became clear that the future of work, education,
and business is changing faster than traditional systems can keep up. Embers & Elders is the next step in that evolution.
A NEW APPROACH TO TRAINING, WORK, AND TECHNOLOGY
Embers & Elders is a developing initiative focused on:
• AI training and real-world application
• Workforce development for modern industries
• Supporting local businesses through technology integration
• Creating opportunities that are practical, adaptable, and future-focused
This is not a traditional school.
It is a hands-on training and integration model designed to help individuals and businesses navigate and apply rapidly evolving technologies in real time.
A CLOSED-LOOP SYSTEM
The long-term vision for Embers & Elders is to build a self-sustaining ecosystem:
1. Train individuals in practical AI and technology skills
2. Apply those skills in real-world environments
3. Connect talent with opportunities (jobs, contracts, business needs)
4. Reinvest back into the system to expand access and impact
This model is designed to grow with the community and adapt as technology evolves.
BUILT WITH PURPOSE AND BALANCE
Embers & Elders is being developed with both:
• Mission-driven (nonprofit-focused) initiatives
• Sustainable business operations
The goal is to create a system where:
• The business side supports and funds the mission
• The mission remains focused on community impact and accessibility
• Both operate with transparency, accountability, and clear intent
Over time, a portion of revenue generated through business activities will be directed back into community programs, training, and development.
EARLY STAGE - NOW FORMING
This initiative is currently in its early stages of development.
Initial programs will begin small, working with a limited number of participants as systems, processes, and training models are refined.
As the program grows, opportunities will expand.
